   Who, what, why, where, when and how
2. Connect to the previous answer:
   "you have just told me....... Could you give me more information, please."
3. If you don't know the word, try to describe it

Writing a note

Assignment:

Je gaat een notitie schrijven over het volgende

• Er is een klant met een klacht gekomen om met de manager te praten, maar zij is afwezig
• De klacht betreft een scheef geknipte pony, daarnaast heeft de klant een klacht over het gebruik van een vieze en kapotte kam.
• Zij wilt graag een passende oplossing
• Zij komt al 14 jaar bij deze kapsalon en is erg teleurgesteld
• Jij doet een suggestie om de klacht op te lossen (deze mag jij zelf verzinnen)
