In duos, agree who will be speaker 1 and who will be speaker 2. Remember these roles.

First, speakers 1: tell your partner about the highlights of your holiday. After 30 seconds, speakers 2 will take over.

Then, take 1 minute to ask each other at least one question about the holiday.

On the subject of strange news, take a moment to think of happy things that happened to you.

Team up with your neighbor again and remember who was speaker 1 and who was speaker 2.

Speaker 1, take 1 minute to tell speaker 2 about your happy news.

After 1 minute, we'll switch roles and speaker 2 will have 1 minute to tell speaker 1 about their news.
