Wat weet je over de Present Simple?

Je wilt vertellen over gewoontes en over feiten in de tegenwoordige tijd.

I always walk to school.

He never eats meat.

She brushes her teeth every morning.

The Netherlands is a country.

Present simple 

Present simple: 

Bij I/you/they: hele werkwoord 
- I walk
- You cycle

Bij de SHIT (he/she/it) regel: ww +(e)S

- she walks   (Mary walks)

- he cyles      (Tim cycles)

- it tastes       (This burger tastes...)

Present simple: Uitzonderingen

Present simple: Vragen en ontkennen

Bij vragen komt een hulpwerkwoord. Dit is to do 

Do you play football?

Bij een ontkenning wordt not toegevoegd.

Wat weet je over de Past Simple?

Wanneer iets in het verleden is gebeurd en is afgelopen.

He walked to school.

She danced all night.

It washed my clothes.

I stood on top of the hill.

Past simple 

Het hele werkwoord + -ed:

You painted that picture.

He crashed the car.

Uitzonderingen:

I felt really sad.                 (feel)

They began to sing.        (begin)

Wanneer iets nu aan de gang is of wat je op dat moment doet.
