Goals of this lesson
After this lesson:
- you know what possessive pronouns are.
-  you are able to use the right possessive pronouns in a sentence. 
- you know the difference between its and it's.

Can you detect the two mistakes in the sentences? 
In each sentence is one mistake.
Think one minute in silence. Then discuss with your neighbour what you think the mistakes are. Then we discuss it together.

There are several ways to indicate possession:
1. With possessive pronouns.
This book belongs to Kate. This is her book. 
2. With 's
This classroom belongs to the school. It is the school's classroom.
