What are we going to do today?

- We are going to look at the grammar from lesson 4. We have discussed this already.  Plenty of times. But, I can understand if you still do not understand, or know this. Granted, it has been quite a while that we have discussed this. 

- Please grab a green or red something.

- We are going to make our assignments from Practise More, Lesson 4. So please grab that already.

Grammar 2.4

- This grammar is about word order. 

- This may sound weird, but this is very important in English. 

- Please open Grammar 1 (Practise More), Lesson 4, Unit 2. 

- We will see the Grammar 2.4 box there.  

- We are going to make this assignment together.

Now please make Grammar 2, Practise More. 

You will get 5 minutes.

The moment you all have been waiting for, is finally here! 

We are first going to make Grammar 4 together.

Please open Grammar 5, Practise more, Lesson 4 still. 

- Please also open, Grammar 2.6. 

Make passive: Millions of people speak English.

Make passive: I wash the car.

Make passive: my mom brought in the groceries.

Belangrijkste om te onthouden:

- Kijk eerst goed in welke tijd de active zin staat. De passive zin moet namelijk in dezelfde tijd. (I wash/I washed)

- Kijk dan naar het lijdend voorwerp van de zin. (dat ding dat niks doet.) zet deze dan vooraan de passive zin. 

- Gebruik dan een vorm van 'to be' in de juiste tijd + voltooid deelwoord (grammar 2.5 dus).

- Maak dan de rest van de zin af.
