VLOG English 

The Vlog

You are going to do research on a country where English is an official language and make a vlog about this country. 

You will be graded for this vlog, so make sure you read all the information carefully and include everything in your vlog!

Requirements

• Work alone
• Choose an English-speaking country you haven’t learnt about yet.
• Find interesting facts about the way people speak English in this country.
• Present your findings in a vlog of a minimum of two minutes.

It HAS to include:

• the historical background of the country
• words unique to the English spoken there
• 5 fun facts about the people, culture, or country.
• It needs to include at least 10 words from chapter 3 (p. 48-49)
• It also needs to include you on camera and pictures or graphics. 

TIPS

1. Before you do this Task, have another look at the Theme words of chapter 3.
2. Look at (and use) stone 5 (page 22)
3. Use grammar 6 (page 27) correctly

Things to keep in mind:

- You only get points for your ‘checklist onderdelen’ if these are explained in correct English.

- You only get points for fluency when you speak spontaneously, not from your paper.

- For creativity, we will look at the originality of your vlog, graphics and added visuals.

- Requirements: vlog of 2 minutes and use 10 words from chapter 3.

- DEADLINE DATE: Monday 22 January. 

If you are late, the highest grade you can get is a 5.0. So you are graded, but your grade will be divided by 2.

Doe dit op tijd, zodat de vlog op tijd ingeleverd is.
