Present simple
Use You use the present simple if you want to talk about facts and habits.
You add -s to the verb after he, she, it  => He reads a book. 
You add -es if the verb ends in -s, -x, -z, -ch or -sh after he, she, it => I never catch the ball. 
You add -es to do and go after he, she, it => He does his best.
-y at the end of a verb becomes -ies after he, she or it =>  He tries to be relaxed.
If there is an a, e, i, o, or u before the -y, you add -s after he, she or it => She buys her shirts online.

Note: Use words like always, never, sometimes, often, every (day) and usually to talk about facts and habits.

Present simple
Positive Subject + base form of the verb (+s/es for he/she/it).
"I play soccer."
Negative Subject + do/does not + base form of the verb.
"He does not (doesn’t) play soccer."
Question Do/Does + subject + base form of the verb?
"Do they play soccer?"

Use "does" with he, she, and it.
Use "do" with I, you, we, they.
