Tasks of a legal assistant business services
The legal assistant business services  is trained to carry out duties at an operational level in professional legal services, for example civil law notaries, law firms, bailiffs, estate agents or the legal department of a company. She/he will advise and inform clients on legal procedures and - if necessary - will refer clients to other organisations for further advice. The assistant compiles dossiers and may assist in processing market data and carrying out promotion activities. The tasks are mainly related to the following areas of civil law: law of persons and family law, inheritance law, law of obligations, contract law, property law, consumer law, civil procedure law and bankruptcy law.
