• A lot of civil wars were fought.
  
• Rome is split into West and East in 395 AD.

The fall of Rome

• Germanic tribes entered the Empire.
  
• In 410 AD the Visigoths sacked Rome.
  
• The Goths and Vandals invaded.
  
• In 476 the last Western emperor was removed = Romulus Augustulus.

The aversion towards Jewish people and their whole religion.

Zionism = the pursuit of an independent Jewish state (Israel).

Antizionism = denial of the legitimacy of the Jewish state. 

Antisemitism = aversion towards Jews.

Antizionism is not the same as antisemitism!
