look for the two tendons in the wrist
press index and middle finger down just beside these tendons (thumb side)
vary pressure slowly until you feel a pulse
count.
reverse roles and repeat
write down resting heart rates for both people (beats per minute)

How to measure after exercise
open a stopwatch app that can record lap times (native app phone)
