The FORM of the Present Perfect Simple is: ......

1. to be + ing
2. he/she/it + s
3. have been +ing
4. have/has + past participle

Form PRESENT PERFECT SIMPLE

HAVE / HAS + PAST PARTICIPLE

* I have seen this movie.

* She has gone to the shops.

* They have walked all the way to school.

The past participle is formed (2 possible answers): ......

1. Regular verbs + ED
2. Regular verbs +ING
3. Irregular verbs: 2nd line
4. Irregular verbs: 3th line

So the third line... or for regular verbs just add  -ED

walk --> walked

HAVE / HAS + PAST PARTICIPLE

* I have seen this movie.

* She has gone to the shops.

* They have walked all the way to school.

We're just stating the fact that something happend. 

Started AND ended in the past.

I broke my arm when I was 12.

I cycled to school a lot when I was younger

PRESENT PERFECT SIMPLE

Something that happened in the past and still has a connection to the present or future.

Focusses on the result.

I have broken my arm, so I cannot go swimming.

I have cycled to school today, I'm very tired.
