External (outside the body, visible): penis and scrotum
Internal (inside the body, not visible): everything else
Why are penis and scrotum outside?
Scrotum: For production of healthy sperm cells, a temperature lower than the body temperature is required.
Penis: For injection of sperm into female reproductive organs
