simple past: tijdsbepalingen in het verleden: yesterday, three weeks ago, when I was younger, etc. Yesterday I visited my aunt. They went to the zoo last weekend.
present perfect: for (+tijd), since (+tijd), so far, (not) yet, how long, always, never, just, already, this (+tijd), recently (FYNE JAS) I have lived here since I was three years old. So far nothing bad has happened.
