ZERO CONDITIONAL 
FACTS
If + simple present, simple present
If you boil water, it evaporates.
If you touch that, your fingerprints are on it.

FIRST CONDITIONAL
If + simple present, simple future.
If you misbehave, you will leave the classroom.
If we find the suspect, he will be arrested.

SECOND CONDITIONAL
If + simple past, would/could + infinitive.
If you studied harder, you would pass the test.
If he had an alibi, he wouldn't be a suspect.

If + past perfect, would/could/maght + have + past participle.
If I had listened to the teacher, I would have known about the task.
If he had escaped, he might have committed another murder.
