An email has 5 main parts:
Header
Salutation
Body
Closing sentence
Name

1. Header
From : who sent you an email
To : the email address of the person
you are sending the email to
Subject: what your email is about

2. Salutation (aanhef)
You can start your email several ways.
"Dear + name," when you know someone, but not that well
"Hello + name," or "Hi + name," when you know someone (very) well

3. Body - In the body you write your message. This could be about a number of topics; asking questions, inviting a friend or just sharing information. (2/3 alinia's)
4. Closing sentence - Hope to hear from you /Hope to hear from you soon or I hope you write back soon.

All best, / Best wishes, Best regards /Love, / Kisses / Yours ...
