Voor de acties die nu gebeuren!

Gebruik present continuous

Wanneer? - Voor acties en dingen die nu gebeuren

Hoe? - Juiste vorm van "to be" + werkwoord + ing

            - I am walking, you are walking, she is walking

Herkennen? - Staat er bijvoorbeeld right now, at the moment                    of as we speak in de zin? Dan moet je waarschijnlijk de                    present continuous gebruiken 

De present continuous spellen!

Ontkennende vorm

Hoe? - Gebeurt iets juist niet? Dan gebruik je de                                             ontkennenende vorm van "to be" (am/is/are + not) +                           werkwoord + ing.

We are not coming over.

He is not liking this so far.

I am not helping you.

Vragende vorm

Hoe? - Vraag je of iets gebeurt? Dan plaats je de                                                vorm van "to be" (am/is/are) vooraan in de zin, terwijl het                werkwoord + ing blijft staan

You are playing this match. - Are you playing this match?

The team is winning right now. - Is the team winning right now?

I am sitting on the bench. - Am I sitting on the bench?
