Verbs with a "me" before the conjugated verb are reflexive verbs.

Some verbs are reflexive in Spanish but not in English. 

Ejemplo: "I wake up at seven"/ "Me despierto a las siete"

-Por la mañana me despierto, me levanto, etc.
