Las películas de acción son más emocionantes que las películas de amor. 

1. You use "SON" cause your are saying "they are".

2. Everything is plural! 

3. "emocionantes" goes between "más _ que" or "menos _que".

Las películas de amor son menos emocionantes que las películas de acción. 

¿Mejores o peores?
