Assignment
Assignment
You work for a pet store and have recently delivered two blue-yellow macaws to the London Zoo. However, you have received a complaint. Your colleague already communicated with a representative from the London Zoo, but that did not go as well. The zoo has sent your store a letter of complaint. Within the letter the London Zoo states that only one blue-yellow macaw has been delivered, paired with a scarlet macaw. Obviously something went wrong here.
The London Zoo has a bird exhibition at the end of the month (Friday, 31st of March) and you have to provide a fitting solution. Write a response to a letter of complaint and provide a fitting solution to the problems stated above.
Word count: Half an A4 to a full A4 paper. (Max font type 11)
Activity length: 20-40 minutes
