Your English classes
  • Four hours a week. Each class starts with 10 minutes of reading.
  • We are here to improve our English! That means we speak only English in class!
  • Make sure you are prepared; homework finished, books with you.

Cambridge Year 2
  • Five hours of class a week
  • Exam year: preparation for FCE in spring.
  • One TW (FCE) test and one project each period.
  • Trip to York in March/April!

Important!
  • In Cambridge Year 2, we work towards the FCE exam. 
  • You need to have an FCE certificate in order to continue Cambridge English in Year 4. 
  • You don't have to take the exam this year, you can do so next year as well.

Important for M2!
In year 3 (next year), you can already sit your final exam (eindexamen) for English. These are the requirements:
  • Average grade (at the end of the year) of at least 6,5.
  • A passing grade (5,5 or up) for the final test of the year.
