Future or past?
Would you choose the Future or the Past?
Somebody locks you in a time-machine and you have to go forward (the future) or backward (the past). You will never come back to “now”.
You can go any length of time, one day, a thousand years, a million years… Which would you choose? Future or past?
And why?

Past
Most of you are 12 or 13 years old and your days of a little child are far behind you. You may sometimes think back

fondly of the days you had no worries, besides asking your mother for some food or drinks and watching your favourite television show or playing your favourite video game . Now you may relive those days by making a small presentation about your favourite television show or your favourite video game. Make a video in which you show either your favourite television show or your favourite video game and explain why you liked this. You will have to send it to your teacher and the presentation has to be about 3 minutes, including a small clip of your favourite television show or your favourite video game.
It will be graded on your English, the contents and your presentation skills.

Future
Are you not the type of person who likes looking back at the past? Like looking forward to the future instead? Then this is the assignment for you. Create a timeline which starts today and stretches out into the future.

Maybe you are the first person to move to a different planet but you die at a young age because you’re eaten by aliens. Maybe you die in a spectacular car crash in a hair pin turn on a formula one circuit aged 112.
Make a timeline which can be presented in a video. It should show some highlights of your imagined perfect future. The presentation has to be about 3 minutes, including at least three major life events.
It will be graded on your English, the contents and your presentation skills.
