How does pollen reach te pistil? 
Pollination = transfer of pollen from the stamens to the pistil

  • Cross- pollination = when the pollen of one flower is transferred to the pistil of the flower of another plant

  • Self-pollination = when the pollen is transferred to the flowers of the same plant
