+ Aantal goede onderzoeksvragen bedacht (bijv. effect van temperatuur, zonlicht, praten tegen plantje, type aardappel of water --> op groei van aardappelplant)
- Sommige leerlingen waren vergeten om goede hypothese en werkplan op te stellen. 
(Hypothese = verwachte uitkomst van onderzoek) 
(werkplan = gedetailleerd stappenplan met benodigdheden, hoe je het uitvoert en wat je uiteindelijk gaat meten om een conclusie te trekken. )

+ meeste mensen hebben goede observaties gedaan, netjes gemeten. 
- vaak vergeten om te beschrijven hoe het plantje eruit ziet (aantal blaadjes, kleur, harig, wortels, stengels/vertakkingen) 
- in sommige gevallen dubbele foto's van zelfde moment of andere manieren van fraude ('valsspelen')
