Body/muscle dysmorphia:
A mental health condition where people are worried about/ obsessed with ‘flaws’ in their appearance.
Most important thing, in the end, according to the 2 men in the video: Feeling confident in just being yourself. Work on self-worth, with a counsellor if necessary. Be aware of the reason you go to the gym.
