Wrapping up with a speaking game
The first student says a word at random – let’s say, ‘cheese’.
the student to his or her left has to say a word beginning with the last letter of that word – for example, ‘elephant’.

The game carries on with students taking turns to say a word beginning with the last letter of the previous word.
If the word starts and ends in the same letter – say, ‘kick’ – then the direction reverses.
