There are two kinds of faces
  • flat faces
  • curved faces

Solids with flat faces have:
  • faces
  • edges
  • faces

Vertex, edge and face
  • Vertices are named with a capital letter.
  • An edge connects 2 vertices and is named with the letters of the vertices (alfabetical order)
  • The edges form a face
  • The face is named by the vertices of the faces: start in left bottom corner and then anti-clockwise.
