Smoking is bad for your health, everyone knows that. Why? Because it has carcinogenic substances (tar), carbonmonoxide and nicotine (addictive).

Ventilation
It's a good idea to keep the air you breathe in as fresh as possible. When you do that, you minimize the CO2 in the air and maximize the O2. This prevents you feeling tired, having a headache and increases your concentration.

Some people suffer from hay fever. This is a allergy against the pollen of plants (mostly trees or grasses). Your mucus membranes react very severely on its presence, resulting in being snotty, teary eyes and a swollen windpipe. Luckily you don't suffer from this year-round.
