There are slides within the presentations that you can easily customise to make them relevent to your school and local area, meaning the information you share with your students will be as relevant to them as possible.

What is 'Mental Health'?
'Mental Health' is the term we use when we think about how we feel about ourselves and the world around us. It's really important to look after our mental health as it helps us to:
• Have good friendships
• See our world positively
• Learn
• Enjoy the awesome parts of our lives
• Look to our future and think about how to get there.

A support network is the group of people (or pets) we can talk to if we have a worry.
Talking is a really good way to help, if you have a worry.
