Should (not) + hele ww > jij vindt dat iets (niet) zou moeten. Je wilt advies geven of iets afraden. 

Must (not) + hele ww > jij vindt dat iets (niet) moet. 

Has to/have to + hele ww > zekerheid, noodzaak of verplichting. Om aan te geven dat iets moet van iemand anders. 

Ought to + hele ww > om jezelf of anderen advies te geven, om te zeggen dat iets gedaan zou moeten worden, om te vragen naar eigen verplichtingen.

Als je have to in ontkennende zinnen gebruikt, dan verandert de betekenis van 'moeten' in 'niet hoeven'. 
Met don't have to / doesn't have to + hele ww geef je aan dat er geen verplichting is.
