"To learn a language it is important to enjoy the progress. It's okay to make mistakes, but never give up trying. Come out of your comfort zone and just try it out. Also, try not to compare yourself to others if that makes you feel bad. Everyone creates their own successes. "

Rules are necessary so that we can all enjoy the progress and therefore, we will obey the school rules in English Class. 

Furthermore I expect that everyone will respect each other and not laugh at each other. ' Laughing '  is okay, ' laughing at ' is not.
