You use 'used to' to say...
... that something happened regularly in the past , but now it doesn't anymore.

How do you make this form?
Used to + verb

I used to be small.
You used to go there every week.
he/she/it used to have braces.
We used to play football.
They used to have long hair

How do you make a negations with used to?
To make a negations you put 'didn't' in front of 'used to'.

They didn't use to do that.
