  • You do not know beforehand what the job interview is. We will give you a short job description. Based on the job description we will ask you questions that you need to answer. For example: Why are you the best fit for this job? /  How could you contribute to the team?

You cannot do research beforehand about the company/job interview so you will need to read on the spot and improvise an answer. Here are a few tips to help you:
  1. Practice your answers to common interview questions 
  2. While reading on the spot, focus on required skills, qualities and experience. 
  3. Recruit a friend to practice answering questions.
