The idea that when you are reminded of something that happened in the past, you do not just remember the event. The emotions the event originally evoked also recur. 

Homework questions

• Which of the two ideas: cyclical nature of life and recollection in tranquility is reflected in the poems?
• How are these two poems typical of the Romantic age. Find at least two elements of the Romantics in each poem, make sure to explain yourself.

• One of the elements is a job interview during the speaking exam. 
• You do not know beforehand what the job interview is. We will give you a short job description. Based on the job description we will ask you questions that you need to answer. For example: Why are you the best fit for this job? /  How could you contribute to the team? 

Job interview: a few tips

You cannot do research beforehand about the company/job interview so you will need to read on the spot and improvise an answer. Here are a few tips to help you:

1. Practice your answers to common interview questions 
2. While reading on the spot, focus on required skills, qualities and experience. 
3. Recruit a friend to practice answering questions.
