- High blood pressure, there is a lot of pressure on your vessels which can damage them
- Arteriosclerosis, fats within your blood vessels (cholesterol) clump together which can obstruct blood flow.

- Heart attack, whenever a clump blocks a coronary artery, this side of the heart doesn't get oxygen and dies off. This can be very dangerous and can lead to death.
Because of high blood pressure the arteries can also burst open leading to a heart attack.

Alcohol
Alcohol is a narcotic substances which can be found in drinks. Alcohol has a major impact on your health, especially when you are young and in development. Drinking interrupts the development of your nervous system.
Alcohol is also addictive, you can become dependent on them.

When you drink alcohol, you paralyze yourself. Your reaction time decreases and you have less control of yourself. This can give a happy feeling, but it can also make you feel quite bad.
