Covent Garden  ligt in de wijk West End.  Het is een hippe, gezellige en levendige wijk met veel winkeltjes, restaurantjes, barretjes, terrassen en merkwinkels. Het is ook het theatergebied van Londen. 

 Ook zijn hier in de warmere maanden veel straatartiesten te vinden.

Covent Garden Market:

Een overdekte fruit en groente markt van zo'n 175 jaar oud, die nu vooral veel door toeristen bezocht wordt (bijna 30 miljoen per jaar!)

 London's most famous bridge is Tower Bridge. You can find it opposite the Tower of London. In 1952, a double-decker bus was driving over the bridge when the bridge began to open! It was too late to stop, so the bus driver jumped the gap – which was about three feet wide – and landed safely on the other side.
