What: We are going to learn about periods - what they are, why they happen and how will have them.

How: We will discuss what we already know. We will watch a video. We will find out new information.

Why: Because about half of the population are female and this affects them. If you are a female you should understand what you will or are dealing with. If you are male you should try to understand what is happening to be understanding and if possible, helpful.
