Wat zijn signaalworden?

Signaalwoorden geven een signaal dat er een bepaald verband staat tussen zinsdelen, zinnen of alinea’s. 

Het signaalwoord geeft zelf het verband aan.

Ze maken de tekst coherent (zorgen voor samenhang)
