They are 4 ways to use the future. We're going to discuss all 4 of them here.

However only 3 are used in unit 4.

will is used for a prediction.
you THINK it will happen, but you're not sure.

The phone is ringing! "I will get it."

will

will is also used for a spontaneous decision.
you do NOT have to PLAN it.

Shall we dance?

SHALL is used (instead of will) in combination with
WE or I.
Usually asking a question.

Shall
