3. Think of what you want to achieve from your complaint.
4. Focus on making sure it doesn't happen again and finding a solution.
5. Be careful not to annoy people: be polite, patient and respectful.
6. Don't be rude: be direct, clear and non-aggressive.
7. Set a time limit of fourteen days as a minimum for a reply.
