Exam Rules (1/2)
  • Be on time!
  • Wait quietly outside classroom until your group is called in
  • You will be filmed (OER)
  • Enter classroom quickly
  • Roll the dice.
  • Take out your case agenda and bullet points notes 
  • Start your meeting
  • Leave class quickly after you have finished
  • Teacher will grade you within 10 working days (Teacher reviews recordings)

TEACHER:  Tell students immediately after their exam whether they have passed or not passed.  If you are unsure whether the student passed or not, then tell them you need time to review the recording of the oral exam.
Exam Rules (2/2)
- Use at least 5 vocabulary words per case from the Word list on Moodle
- Use at least 5 phrases from the Language of Meetings on Moodle
- Each student will speak  5 minutes.  So, a group of 4 students will have a 20-minute meeting.

What can you bring to the exam?
1. Each student can bring a cue card (an A5) with a maximum of 10 bullet points  (per bullet points 5 words) PER CASE STUDY.

2. Each student can bring a copy of an agenda for each case study to the exam.   So, in total, you will bring in 4 agendas.

3. You can use your phone to time your meeting.

  • One person from each group will email a copy of all 4 agendas to your teacher 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE of your meeting.

  • You will WRITE THE NAME OF EACH GROUP MEMBER + role on each agenda.

  2. Read the case AND the background to the case
  3. Divide your roles and draw up an agenda
  4. Practice your role individually and /or in your group
  5. Find the word list on Moodle and determine which 5 words you can apply to case study 4.
  6. Go to the Language of Meetings on Moodle and select 5-7 phrases that you will use in your meetings.
