Epithelial tissue

Cells that provide a covering (on the skin or surfaces inside your body, like lungs or intestines) 

Muscle tissue

Muscle cells that can contract. 

Found in your muscles, but also in your heart 

and in your organs. 

Connective tissue

Supports other tissues and binds them together. 

Found in your bones and blood. 

Nerve tissue

Made from nerve cells that send and receive messages

Found in your brain, spinal cord & nerves
