Think
Prompt: Each participant takes a few minutes to individually think about their internship presentation. They should reflect on:

  • The structure of their presentation (Introduction, Body, Conclusion).
  • The main message they want to convey about their internship experience.
  • How they are using visual aids (slides, images, etc.).
  • Their public speaking skills (pace, tone, body language).
  • Any challenges they've faced in developing or practicing the presentation.
  • Each person writes down key points for the upcoming discussion.

Pair
In groups of three: Participants will pair up and share their internship presentations with each other. The focus is on the presentation itself, not the internship content.
  • Speaker 1 gives an overview of their presentation (without presenting the entire thing) and focuses on areas where they want feedback (structure, visuals, delivery, etc.) (3 minutes).

  • Speaker 2 listens and provides constructive feedback, commenting on the clarity, flow, and engagement of the presentation (3 minutes).

  • Observer listens and adds feedback about the presentation’s delivery style, visual impact, and overall effectiveness (4 minutes).

Tips for Speaking 
- stop if you need to think about something, for example: if you don't know the word for something. 
--> you can say "give me a moment"

-still don't know the word you want to use? just move on and say "I am not sure of the word". 
-use the pictures and the words in your powerpoint to talk about the projects/other things
-take your time and speak clearly.
-don't use any Dutch, if you do, don't panic, keep going in English!

- stop if you need to think about something, for example: if you don't know the word for something.
--> you can say "give me a moment"

-listen to the questions and take your time!
-do not take your own "route" --> listen to the assessors, what are they actually asking you?
-what do you need to ask, and how? (grammar)

Uit bezorgdheid over mogelijke vertragingen in het project.
Spreek af hoe jullie het gaan oplossen, een actieplan (het bellen van onderhoud).
Stem in met de urgentie van de situatie.
Beloof elkaar op de hoogte te houden.
