Extreme adjectives are words used to describe something in an exaggerated way.

They are more intense than regular adjectives and often used to emphasize a point.

Describing past habits: Actions you did regularly in the past but no longer do.

Past states: Situations or conditions that were true in the past but are no longer true.

Things you did frequently in the past, similar to "used to".

"Used to" emphasizes that the action or state is no longer true.
"Would" focuses more on the repetition of the action in the past.
