Present Continuous

Gebruik je wanneer je iets nu aan de gang is/nu aan het doen bent:

- I am learning English

- You are listening to a story

- He is watching a TV show

Bij het vormen heb je ook een vorm van 'to be' nodig. Welke 3 zijn er?

Present Continuous

Je gebruikt altijd een vorm van to be + ww + ing

I am walking

You are listening

He/she/it is talking

We are gaming

You are playing

They are reading

Kleine uitzondering

- Als een woord eindigt op een 'e', dan valt de 'e' door de +ing weg. VB: Bake -> I am baking

- Als een woord eindigt op klinker medeklinker, verdubbel je vaak de medeklinker. VB: Stop -> She is stopping

VB: Chat -> You are chatting
