Traineeships:

1. Aaron doet een mix van studeren/leren en werken in een gesimuleerde werkomgeving.

2. Hij heeft gekozen voor een traineeship, omdat hij geen werk had, het moeilijk vond om een baan te vinden en geïnteresseerd was in de auto industrie.
