WCHS = WheelCHair no Steps Passenger who need assistance in climbing stairs and who require a wheelchair or other assistance to move form the gate to the aircraft.
WCHR = WheelCHair to Ramp Passenger can't walk long distances and require a wheelchair or other assistance to move on the airport. Is able to climb stairs and move independently from the gate to the aircraft
WCHC = WheelCHair in Cabin Passenger is unable to walk and needs constant assistance. An on-board wheelchair is required to get the passenger to the cabin seat.
