Full English breakfast
Ingredients:
Per person, allow:
2 sausages
2-3 rashers of bacon
2 flat mushrooms
1-2 ripe tomatoes
1 thick slice of black pudding
1 large egg
1 slice of bread
Once all the ingredients are cooked, serve on warm plates and enjoy straight away with a good squeeze of tomato ketchup or brown sauce.

Shortbread
Ingredients
4 oz unsalted butter, softened
2 oz caster sugar, plus extra to finish
6 oz plain flour
Preheat the oven to 190C
Beat the butter and the sugar together until smooth.
Stir in the flour to get a smooth paste. Gently roll out until the paste is 1cm/½in thick.
Sprinkle with caster sugar
Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until pale golden-brown.

Ingredients

grated cheddar cheese
salt and pepper, to taste
Method:
Preheat the oven to 200C
Prick the potato several times with a fork Bake for 1¼-1½ hours Remove the potato from the oven, Cut into quarters without cutting the whole way through. Heat the baked beans in a pan, until hot. Pour the desired amount of baked beans over the potato and sprinkle with cheddar.

Method:
