Adjectives....
Adjectives add extra information to the noun. Most adjectives can go in two main places in a sentence.
Position:
a) with a noun, usually before it. The new teacher doesn't like me
b) After be, seem, look, become . That dress is new, isn't it?

Adverbs - often end in -ly
Adverbs modify verbs: She walked slowly ( Adverbs - often end in -ly
Adverbs also enhance adjectives : the extremely bright star
Position:
Different kinds of adverbs go in different positions
Adverbs of certainty, probably, definately, certainly, undeniably usually go in the mid-position. Maybe and perhaps, usually come at the beginning of a sentence.

Born lucky - Example
Research shows some noticeable (adjective)  differences (noun)  in the             1. ......chose something that adds information to the noun.........attitude (noun) and behaviour of lucky and unlucky people. If genes affect personality and behaviour, then you can indeed be born lucky. 

1. Psychology (the scientific study of the way the human mind works and how it influences behaviour.)

Example
The word attitude is a noun  (a feeling or opinion about something or someone, or a way of behaving that is caused by this)
So we need to use an an adjective...... as adjectives describe nouns. (psychological)
