What types of dinosaurs are there?

A dinosaur is an reptile,

there are more than 1000-1100 different species.

A carnivore is something that only eats meat. 

A herbivore is something that only eats plants.

A omnivore is something that eats both plants and meat.

What do dinosaurs eat?

Dinosaurs with two legs and sharp,angular teeth are carnivores.

they eat meat.

Four-legged dinosaurs with blocky teeth are herbivores they eat plants.

A dinosaurs with teeth that were long in length and were as sharp as a knife, and had there intestines  able to digest almost anything they ate from their surrounding are omnivores.

How did dinosaurs become exctinct

About 66 million years ago a meteorite landed on Earth. This happened with such force that a dark dust surrounded the Earth for years. As a result, sunlight could no longer reach the earth. Plants died, then animals and finally all dinosaurs.

Cool facts about dinosaurs

Did u know theres dinosaurs that can fly? yep they are called pterosaurs. A example is the pterodactyl, the pterodactyl is also the most known pterosaur or flying dinosaur.

The largest known dinosaur to date is the 'Patagonian Titan', discovered in Argentina and described in 2017. That herbivore weighed an estimated 70 tons, was about 37 meters long and 8 meters high.
