Zero Conditional
Voor feiten (dingen die 100% van de tijd zullen gebeuren)

First Conditional
Voor dingen die (zeer waarschijnlijk)  gaan gebeuren (70% kans)

If I call my mum to come pick me up, she will be here in about half an hour.

If I get home early, I will watch some television.

  2. will not + hele werkwoord ...... if + present simple

Voor dingen die vrijwel zeker niet gaan gebeuren  (10% kans) of hypothetische situaties

If I won the lottery, I would buy a new house for my parents.

If I were a millionaire, I would retire.

  2. Would not + hele werkwoord ...... if + past simple
