2. Katrina had nothing to do with the accident. Irregular verb
3. Misha travelled to Japan. if I can't speak it out we add an extra letter.
4. Roy cried because his uncle past away.  If the verb ends in -y, we need -ied.

- You definitely need to write down the verbs that are shown in the wheel.
- Your story needs to be around 50-100 words.
- Don't forget to use the Past Simple

Subject (who) 
Verb (does)
Object (what)
Place (where) 
Time (when).

A sentence does not always have all the elements.
